These terms and conditions apply to the use of the service xaf-ok.nl, operated by Radom UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

Service description

xaf-ok.nl offers an online service for converting general ledger exports from foreign accounting systems (such as Xero and QuickBooks) to XAF v3.2 files for the Dutch tax authority (Belastingdienst).

Liability

Conversion results are provided based on AI classification and are indicative. The user is responsible for verifying the correctness of the generated XAF files. Radom UG is not liable for damages arising from the use of conversion results.

Payment

Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed annually and can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately.
