These terms and conditions apply to the use of the service xaf-ok.nl, operated by Radom UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

Service description

xaf-ok.nl provides an online service that converts general ledger exports from foreign accounting systems into schema-validated XAF 4.0 files.

Liability

Conversion results are provided based on AI classification and are indicative. The user is responsible for verifying the correctness of the generated XAF files. Radom UG is not liable for damages arising from the use of conversion results.

Payment

Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on the monthly or annual interval selected on the pricing page and can be cancelled through the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately.
